"The listing is not a hotel to start with. It’s a apartment with 6 individuals rooms with a shared kitchen and sitting area. The building that the apartments are located in are very run down and the stairs smelt of urine. The first room I had was booked as a see vie yes it had this but the windows did not close and the wind come in the room like you was in a wind tunnel. "I had an excellent stay. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing. Very convenient location. 24 coffee and water available. Very nice and eclectic decorations throughout the hotel. 24 hr front desk. Extra thick doors keep noise out. Mini fridge. Coffee maker in room. I hope to come back. 5 stars"

"Beautiful property, every amenity possible, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, fantastic staff. Room is on the small side and bathroom is tiny - but very well equipped and excellent water pressure. I actually bought the bathrobe, liked it so much... Parking is an issue. When hotel is full, valet parking is not available. Driving in and out of the area is a nightmare. Can't compliment the staff enough. Really exceptional."

"The Montefiore is a wonderful hotel in a great part of Tel Aviv. It is close Shenkin and the Carmel Shouk, Neve Tzedek and Jaffa. The lobby and its restaurant are a happening scene almost every night yet our room was quiet every night."

"A quiet haven in the middle of Tel Aviv. Fantastic location opposite the best ice cream shop in the city and right by the pedestrian walkway which leads to Jaffa, the light rail and the sea. The property has spacious shared lounges with kitchens where you can store food in the fridge and make simple meals. Even when full the hotel had an air of serenity and calmness."
