"We had a fantastic stay at the ROW NYC hotel for the Harry Styles concert! The room was clean and we had absolutely no issues. While there was a long check-in line, the staff was very kind and gave us water while we waited. We had some issues with Expedia communicating with the hotel, but the staff member calmly and quickly handled the issue. It was in a great location and was super close to Times Square and the subway station. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The only hotel that our family will stay at in NYC. We came in late from a long day of travel and both David and Angelique went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our rooms with their friendly and welcoming personalities as they checked us in. And lovely Mohammed visiting us after our check in to make sure all was well. The personal attention and warmth that this hotel is second to none and our family is beyond grateful for the excellent service, stay and experience. We look forward to coming back again soon and seeing this wonderful staff!"
