"We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats. "The hotel was very well located near Swindon retail outlet. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality and being a buffet meant you could have as much or as little of everything as you wanted. The man on reception, at check in, was really welcoming, friendly and efficient. Overall, a great stay."
