"Didn’t use the pool"

"I enjoyed the restaurants at Circus Circus and the nightlife at the cantina."

"We had to pay a huge incidental fee. Our due at property about was $200.00 more than expected. Check in was a very very long process. We came for a concert: We were VIPs. The security at the front of the concert was awful. People were coming from the crowd and smashing into people. Knocking guitar pics from peoples hands, moving rows of chairs. We literally saw a woman run up and snatch Fuels playlist from a mans hands and run. Very poor crowd control. It was dangerous. People being allowed to pretty much do whatever they want isnt ok. Ive been to bigger venues with better security. Think twice before you take kids to events there!! (There were small children present..under 10.) They could get seriously injured. Our room: It might be time to upgrade the television. Not everyone comes to gamble and party. We had limited channels and no smart tv. The outlet in the bathroom faulted several times. Then stopped working all together. And ask for the highest floor available to avoid freeway and railyard noise. "

"Good hotel, nice pool, great location. Bed was awful, and room AC vent was very loud, hard to sleep."

"No one informed us the pool was closed thru out the entire experience. From booking to check in. There was no information in the rooms providing information on the hours of anything the hotel provided. Not everyone is going to know where to find that information. We wouldnt have booked the room if wed have known the pool was closed. We basically wasted our one night stay 9 hours away. We feel cheated as expedia didnt inform anyone the pool was closed and cancelations arent an option. Even still we should have been informed at check in. Cancelations should be an option when the basic amenities of a Hotel are not provided. Our one time reno trip was wasted as the pool was the sole reason we booked with GSR. "

"Nice well-run hotel close to the Amtrak station. Staff were very helpful. I had dinner and breakfast at the cafe and both were excellent. The staff there were also quite professional. I was generally very happy with my experience there. "

"The staff was great, location is ideal. Even the mattress n pillows were damn near perfect! I would stay again. Reno is certainly the old timey feel n this resort holds true to it. "
