"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. La habitación familiar en la que nos alojamos, para cuatro personas, era amplia, con camas de buen tamaño y espacio suficiente para estar cómodos. "The staff there was super friendly and helpful. The room was very large and had an excellent view of la Alhambra. The air conditioners keep the room ice cold, which was a necessity in the summer heat. Overall, our stay was fantastic and I highly recommend Palacio Santa Inés"
