"Everyone’s favorite resort! Directly on the ocean. Wrap around balcony and VIP suite oceanfront. Very expensive over 1,000 a night but worth it. Don’t do the shuttle to grocery store. They charge you for the shuttle and take you to an expensive gourmet shop. The butler service is more like a concierge but they have great suggestions ! I would suggest a free shuttle and better breakfast but will definitely be back ! Restaurant expensive but not very good. But the bartender was wonderful. "

"I liked the property overall I was elated when i saw my room. I was a little confused because i paid for an ocean view. I did see the ocean but i also had the pool and restaurant in front of me. That may have been my oversight when booking. I didn't like that there were not enough places to eat on the resort. I also think they should open earlier.. it was hard trying to get breakfast when they open at 8 and excursion pick ups were for 830 and 9AM. I also think they should stay open later becauae...

"It's a great hotel on Grace Bay Beach. Large comfortable room. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff and very helpful. Hotel restaurant with delicious food. Small bar. Complimentary breakfast. "
