This is NOT a 4 star hotel and it’s very old. No amenities what so ever in the room. They charge you for a king size and it’s a queen size.

För lite personal vid incheckningen ca 16,Saknas totalt bemanning för bar,vid en stor konsertkväll på Ullevi. Rum på tok för små,vi var 2 vuxna och 1 barn, samt lyhört -både från toalett och korridor. Stannade 2 nätter, ingen som bäddat,eller sopor bortplockat, inte ok..Saknades tillgång till att tillreda te och kaffe på rum. Städ och frukostpersonal var väldigt gästvänliga och trevliga. Men stort utbud på frukost. Samanlagt-för det pris vi lagt,brukar rum vara betydligt mycket finare och bättre service.

I ond tro

Værelset var ekstremt varmt da gulvvarmen var i stykker. Vasken var også stoppet. Vi fik efter brok tilbudt et nyt værelse som var fint, men vores indtryk var at de godt viste at værelset ikke var i orden og alligevel forsøgte at lade folk booke det. Det er dårlig stil!

Bra frukost

Riktigt bra frukost, många alternativ. Dock lite högljutt så det är dåligt isolerat till korridoren och ut mot vägen. Nära till parkering även om den är avgiftsbelagd. Lite småhår i säng och någon enstaka insekt i sängarna men det märkte vi sista dagen när vi skulle checka ut.

Staff spoke excellent English. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was a pain to access with the card as it seemed to be very temperamental. Parking was fine, as a larger van we had to park in the outdoor car park, but our room key opened gate. Pool was nice if not a little cold.

Nul stjerner.

Overordnet var opholdet en mindre katastrofe. Man havde valgt at indlogere jeg ved ikke hvor mange fodboldhold, som løb frem og tilbage på gangene, smed affald overalt og bankedes på værelsesdøre. Der var ulideligt varmt på værelserne og det eneste man kunne tilbyde, var en sølle ventilator. Der var mangel på toiletpapir, trods forespørgsler i receptionen, skete der intet. Man slår sig på “supurior” værelse, jeg tænker det var dengang man lavede værelset for 30 år siden. Megen til elendighed skal man lede længe efter. Absolut sidste gang jeg booker det hotel.
