"The lady at check in was cold and unprofessional. She refused a restroom to a minor and didn't speak a word until the end of the check in process to direct us upstairs. Absolutely appalling behavior for a hospitality position at the front desk. The night auditor and day clerk were both kind and acknowledged our existence when we ran into them later in our stay. The room was sparse. The conditioner was empty... with the front desk lady being so unwelcoming we didn't ask for more conditioner or more towels. The kids did enjoy the pool. We didn't get breakfast because the lady never told us when it was or where it was at. Truly diabolical for a busy hub and expensive rat trap of a dilapidated hotel. Best Western is trash compared to the brand quality previously and this one has been the worst due to the unfriendly behavior. "

"Room was clean. Hotel was clean. Affordable and good value. The service is never warm and inviting but that also isn’t the reason I decide to stay there or not sta there. I definitely would stay there for its convenience and how good of a job they do of keeping it clean. "
