"The whole check-in process was a complete nightmare. The gentleman, Gean has no business at the front desk, checking people in. I repeated three times exactly who I was what rooms I had reserved and the names of the three people I put the rooms under. He had things so mixed up. I felt like it was an old Abbott and Costello skit “who’s on first“ We also spoke with corporate, told them the whole story and they said that we would be contacted in 72 hours in regard to our experience that was two weeks ago. Sure glad I didn’t hold my breath."

"Recently had a brief stay at this location, and I'd highly recommend. It was spotless and smelled great despite accommodating pets. The hotel is located in a prime location for multiple dining options as well. And should you have a family there's a bowling alley within walking distance. Definitely would stay again"

"I feel It’s ridiculous to pay for parking. I don’t believe you used to have to pay for parking and I think that should be rolled into the price. It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. I feel this is just a Money grab to an already inflated price on this hotel"

"This was a quick, one stay passing through on the way home from vacation. It was our first stay and we will make this our go to stop when we need to stay in this area. Great location, comfortable beds, nice shower and very good breakfast. We will be back."

"The sidewalks outside had an stale odor. It was so stink in the elevator that it was had to breathe while inside. The door to my room wasn't stable, could see light shining in around its frame. The floor inside of the room displayed blue tape around the tiles. The air conditioner constantly shut off regardless of the settings. Wasn't allowed to sit inside of the lobby after my stay, while I waited for my taxi."
