"Checking in was a horrible experience. The front desk representative never even told us where to go for the elevators. We had to put a voucher for our car to be able to park in the lot, and was never told aboutit. They did not even provide us with my voucher for the next day's breakfast that I paid for in advance. The staff was not friendly."

"Both the lobby and our room were large and comfortable, including our bed. We enjoyed the ability to check in online prior to arrival, so our actual check-in only took a couple of minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and pretty good for not being cooked to order. Only improvement in our opinion could be better tasting coffee (it tasted burnt). Other than that, everything was stellar!"

"Room was ok, clean, pillows were super small and uncomfortable. We were 2nd floor and the gym must have been above us... people walking back and forth for hours until after midnight then early in the am again. Breakfast was ok, not bad... plenty of it"

"Very nice stay here. Clean, updated, amenities you'd find in a 4 star. Only two things wrong...outlet in kitchen was defective so coffee had to be brewed in the bathroom, and cold water pressure was very low. Reported to front desk."

"The staff was very helpful when I needed to change my days of staying at the hotel. They helped me solved the problem without any issues. We were there for a sport event and will book the same hotel when we attend the race the next year."
