Great location for beach, restaurants and shops. Two pools and a hot tub. Breakfast buffet was great. Would recommend. Hotel is right on the tram line which makes it simple to get to south broadbeach or the other way to main beach.

Room cleaning is regular every day and good. But sometimes the staff forgets small packages of coffee and sugar. Then tomorrow they leave coffee and sugar and not milk.
