Right opposite the beach and Northcliffe Surf Club. Spacious apartment, bathroom and ensuite, quality toiletries, full laundry and kichen in the apartment, plenty of storage space. Friendly reception.

Full kitchen, better than at home! Huge unit. We chose this due to an event at the surf club across the road, but it was better than we imagined and better than the example photos on line. Unfortunately some building noise in neighbourhood but especially upstairs above us at 8am Sunday morning! Not much available parking as lots of reserved due to residents parking. But we had a wonderful stay.

Great location across from surf club and beach. Short walk to beach. Easy parking off-site. Kitchen very well equiped for stay. No outdoor area was available, No cable working. Only 1 lift functioning. None of these were communicated before arrival or even upon checkin. Ocean view is not ocean view for the room provided. More like ocean glimpses/partial oven view. It is not accurately described or needs better explanation. Air conditioning is only in lounge space, bedrooms get very warm, can imagine quite hot in Summer months.

the room was spacious however everything in the room was quite outdated with no signs of efforts to improve the facilities within the room. dishes were not very clean upon arrival, one portable a/c and creaky wardrobes

The swimming pool was shut and were not informed of this while booking. Also the booking said Air conditioning was there, however it was only in 1 bedroom out of the two and not even in the living room.

Second life has been out of order for over 6 months, no air-conditioning, couch was worn and uncomfortable, outdoor chairs need replacing, curtains in main bedroom don't fully close allowing morning sun to smack you in the face very early. Front carpark is always closed.

Fabulous location, beautiful views.

We stayed in a two bedroom appt on the 13th floor (about half way up), and were stunned by the most wonderful view over the beach and straight out across the ocean. We got to watch the moon rise each night, and the sun rise each morning. The kids had such a great time with the offerings of both the inside and outside pools, and their respective spas, plus a tennis court and a gym. That's when they weren't just walking across the road to the well patrolled beach! This is a great property in a fantastic position, with a grocery store at the end of the road and the tram stop just a couple of minutes walk away. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I give it 5 stars!

Our room was very spacious but older style. It was comfortable and included aircon in the living area. There is parking in the garage however there is not enough spaces for units, so it's a first-come basis.

Fantastic stay n location.

It was amazing! Beach was just a min walk. Farmer's market and cavil avenue was jus a 10min walk or 5min in tram. Tram jus outside property on the left. Love it! My 1 bedroom oven view apartment was huge. N yes view was fantastic in all rooms n balcony. Minus point was no Aircon but who cares when u have cool sea breeze at night!

WiFi pricing was ridicules, almost from last decade. Air con was rusted and hardly working. People there were nice and polite. The indoor pool is ok for kids. Noisy building and found it hard to get a sleep without disturbance.

The property is fine and location is good, BUT the disappointing part was the NOISE level at night from adjoining 0pm I couldn’t sleep, interrupted by constant moving of furniture from a unit ( I assume above ) furniture dragging or scrapping on concrete or whatever floor covering. The worst I’ve experienced. So much so that I did not stay the second night. I did not want to have to tolerate that again. I mentioned it to the reception but !!!. Very POOR
