"I stayed for 7 nights and everything was very good. The personnel is very attentive and cordiak and help me with every enquire. The location of the hotel is amazing and the accesses to London through the underway is very good with the Victoria line. I stayed alone so the room was enough for me but is small for two people maybe. I definitely will return to this hotel when I travel to London."

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"The elevators were a constant problem during the week of my stay. They are the lifeblood in a hotel!!! One day I had to walk up the stairs with the manager and another couple who were just checking in. 5 flights-ridiculous! I love the location and the brand but they need to do better-technology is great-when it works!!!!"
