Small shower room, it had a hand held shower and also a rainfall shower with very good pressure and a shower curtain. We had a pleasant patio area to sit outside. Room cleaned and bins emptied daily mirror. Quiet location, rooms soundproofed. Beach towels provided and Nelly lent us an umbrella for the beach. Would stay again."

Atlantica Amalthia Beach Hotel – Adults only

"This was our second visit to Atlantica Amalthia. Very nice hotel. Everywhere was very clean, our room was a good size (we had a room in the building on the beach side) with nice balcony. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast room was nice and good choice of food. Very well kept beach. All of the staff were first class. So friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Visited the spa and had two massages during my stay and both were very nice and relaxing. Definitely recommend. Reasonable price. Didn't use the pool as it got busy very quickly. Sunbeds were very close together and not positioned well that you could get the sun all day. Whilst I enjoy swimming in a pool, we chose to stay on the beach each day. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommend Sebastien next door. Absolute gem of a hotel and would definitely recommend it."

"I loved my stay here; at first I was skeptical but I fell in love the minute I arrived. It's perfect for beach goers and you are yards from the beach; just 5-10mins walk. The hotel/rooms are super clean, cosy, very spacious and feel like little villas. Everything is brand new and of top quality. The staff are really nice and friendly. There is a lovely cat too. The swimming pool is nice added bonus however it was a bit deep (150m) for me so I didn't go in to far as I'm not a strong swimmer. For the beaches,bothered are approximately 3&4 breaches you can reach by foot. The closest is kalamaki, which you arrive by bus (21) from city centre. There are few restaurants around, I tried all of them. Kalamaki had the best Freddo and Manny's had the best food."

"Great and peaceful location! The view of the sea was amazing, and had very easy access to get to. The breakfast was plentiful, and the pool was very relaxing. It's a nice small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and wonderful parking. We enjoyed staying here and it's very easy to get to wherever you need to go with a car. A very pleasant stay"

"I had a lovely stay at the Sevach apartments with my sister and parents. We had separate apartments, my parents on the ground floor, and me and my sister on the first floor. Our room was lovely, we were able to split the beds into 2 singles and we had a nice (compact) bathroom but great shower (my parents said there shower wasn't adjustable like ours, which they would've preferred). The rooms were cleaned daily with clean sheets and towels every few days. Antigone was always really helpful with all our needs. My only small note would be the apartments are on a very busy road, which can be tricky to cross to get to the beach and can be noisy on the balcony but not too bad overnight with the air conditioning on and wearing earplugs! The beach just opposite the apartments is lovely and Kalimaki taverna there is great, we pretty much ate there every night. Easy bus ride into Chania from nearby bus stop, worth it to visit the old town for the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Sevach apartments!"
