"The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....

"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. "We spent 3 weeks at Martin’s Comfort - late January to mid February. Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable. "Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money "

"The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments."

"The hotel was lovely, staff were great and it was very clean. Had two lovely massages at the Spa. The only bad thing I can say is that the beds on the beach were all broken, I did point this out to the staff and they just said I know!! Other than that a truly fabulous holiday "

"The club room was spacious and excellent. It was on the ground floor. It had a nice lounge area in the room. The breakfast was good and service was excellent. Staff need to make sure there are enough toilet rolls in the room. It was very convenient as we attended a wedding at Kesarval. Thanks. Will stay there again."
