A very dark, gloomy hotel. The lighting throughout the hotel was terrible, the gym had a lot of equipment but was dark and outdated. No complementary coffee anywhere in the hotel is unacceptable at those rates.

Very well kept property. It has everything for affordable price. Hotel shuttle is a big plus in addition to breakfast. Would definitely recommend and use again if in Boston area

Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel
On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it ...
