Our original room had a bad odor/smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom didn’t have trash bags. Luckily, the staff was understanding and moved us to a different room with no fee or trouble. Hawthorne Hotel
Absolutely beautiful hotel. One of America’s Historial hotels. Room was in the small side but that goes with the history. We had dinner in the restaurant which was gorgeous and very reasonable and the breakfast (not included) was fab.

Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel
Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was cold, and while we were there a group of about 20 teens came in and took over the place. Very loud and inconsiderate, splashed us as we were leaving. Breakfast was fantastic, as was everything else. I
