The phone was not picked up by any staff of the hotel. After getting in touch with Expedia, Expedia staff provided the wrong information of the hotel again. "Nice ambience in lobby and room. We stayed two nights but housekeeping never came which was bizarre. Also, complimentary coffee ran out one day and no staff on site…. When staff was present they were courteous. Hotel is one block away from a small beach. Maybe 10 or 15 minute walk to both the ferry and bus terminal all on level ground. Satisfied, but for the cost of hotel in off season surprised no housekeeping done. "

"This was our 2nd stay but this time we were in the older Naxos resort section rather than the galaxy section but enjoyed the room even though it wasn’t renovated as much (updated but not renovated). Breakfast was fabulous as last time. Enjoyed the discounted beach sunbeds. Location is the best in Naxos as you’re right on the beach and only a short walk to amazing restaurants. We hope to return for a 3rd visit !! "

"Searching for the hotel was very difficult. It's located between other hotels and homes. It's next to another hotel which becomes confusing when following the directions the GPS gives you and if you ask people, they don't know where the hotel is. Once we found the hotel the staff and stay were amazing! We had an amazing view, and our room was wonderful. "

"Just got back from a week in Naxos ( October 25 ) the place was incredible. From the ferry we took the local bus (2.30 euros) and drop off 25 feet from the Hotel. Ocean view. The staff was so accommodating, and the Spa treatment was sensational. breakfast buffet was very generous and stayed open till 11 AM. Meals at the hotel were a little more expensive but more refined than the local restaurants. When we left, most of the restaurants were closing down for the season. "

"We had a wonderful stay! Anna at the front desk was so kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The property and rooms are well maintained, and the pool area is lovely. It’s only a short 5–6 minute walk to the main bus stop and the village, which was super convenient. The gentleman who takes care of the breakfast area was also very kind and friendly — and the breakfast spread was amazing! Would definitely stay here again."
