"Con: Room was so tight on space, said it was remodeled but rusty electrical plug boxes, cracked sink, etc No ice machine - have to request ice from the desk and they give it out sparingly in a pre- made bag. "We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. "Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable."

"We had stayed here a few years back. This trip we noticed the property is more dated. The shower had visible cracks and breaking down. Furniture is worn. They put plug in air fresheners in the hallways. Will likely not stay here again. Reminds me of the hotels that have been converted to temporary housing for the unhoused. "

Room was fine but very little offered for the cost. Didn't seem too dirty but also wasn't clean. Felt unsafe and left early, did not even stay the night"
