"We like to stay here. Unfortunately, this time the first room we were given had hair all over the bathroom. We were given another room that was better but weren’t offered an upgrade, good credit, hotel points or anything to compensate for having to move a family of 4 to another room."

Best Western Plus Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel
"Checked in with 2 rooms one the sink was clogged one the shower. Was told there was no maintenance staff on duty but I could come down and grab a plunger. Also, some plugs didn't work, chiped paint everywhere and strong smell of marijuana."
