"Everything was great except for checking in. The room was nice, the balcony was cool with a nice view, they had a place to smoke cigars. But check in was really slow and only one person was checking people in while others were oblivious and in their own world."

"Hotel was not as clean as others stated. There was only one person working at check-in with a long line and steady flow of people coming in. Stood in line for a little over 1/2 to check-in. They should plan ahead."
