"Our check-in experience was disappointing due to a lack of hospitality from the receptionist (April 27, 2026 around 4pm). While we understand everyone can have an off day, professionalism is crucial—especially for guests who have traveled over two hours. A simple, warm welcome would have gone a long way in easing our travel fatigue. I hope management provides the necessary training to ensure staff are better prepared to greet guests. "

"I did not end up staying at the is hotel. It was in a sketchy neighborhood. I checked in and went to my room. It had an awful smell. The bed was super lumpy. I immediately checked out and went somewhere else."

"It toik 90 mins for shuttle to pick us up. They couldn't find their driver. Smoke detector in room non existent. Dirty towels ask in morning was told housekeeping not in til 9am. Very gross place to stay and see."
