Our visit this time around was a little less crowded at check in. This was our second stay and I will continue to make reservations here for my NYC travels. While I’m not used to a bellman assisting with luggage, he noticed I was in need of a hand and took my luggage swiftly with kindness and a smile. Receptionist was incredibly helpful (we ended up with a free upgrade). She made sure we were comfortable with the change in sleeping arrangements. Online check in—I highly recommend if you’re able to.

Clean hotel, comfortable room, and in a great location, they have a bar/restaurant they offer water coffee downstairs every day, it’s located in a great area and close to restaurants there’s a bagel place chipotle panda, and others and I’m walking distance from great places

"The air conditioning was a little crappy. The fan speed was horrible. Noisy as all hell because of the indoor pool in an open area with high ceilings. You hear everything amplified. It’s not much to ask for some complimentary coffee"
