"Overall great property and stay. Went to check in and got my rate. Asked if it was based on me being a choice rewards member and desk clerk said she couldn’t do that. Had to do it on the app. Didn’t have app on my phone and wasn’t in the mood to go through downloading and who k owns what else. Just went to Expedia and booked for $25 less and then checked in with the same clerk. What an annoying policy. Otherwise, great property. Very well taken care of."

"Welcoming check in and friendly staff at the bar/restaurant. Room was clean and quiet, perfect for a good nights sleep before a long flight. The only thing was a slow draining basin in the bathroom, no big issue."

"Eva at the front desk isn't absolute Angel to work with she accommodated us with everything she could and went above and beyond with suggestions. The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay the breakfast is amazing the pool is great the hotel itself is like being outside in Florida in the summer even though it was April in michigan. Would highly recommend. In fact we stayed an extra night even though we only live an hour and a half away."
