"We cannot say enough about our whole experience at this hotel. From the moment we drove through the tree-lined driveway to the moment we pulled away; we were attended to by the most exceptional customer service. Communication was excellent prior to and during our stay. Additionally, and since we had a very late arrival, special care was taken and every effort was made to to make our visit most memorable. We were welcomed to beautiful rooms with a bottle of wine waiting and all the amenities. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and always wanting to help in any way. The location was also superb and close to the popular San Gimignano old town. We highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again. Thank you!"

Impressed by both the staff who were very helpful and personable and also the facilities of the hotel which are very well maintained with a lovely pool and spa. "The facilities are well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the setting in the Tuscan countryside is wonderful. Very peaceful and serine. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location is perfect, being just far enough away from the daily crowds in the town of San Gimignano, but close enough to visit before 10 AM and after dusk. The included daily breakfast was a perfect start to our day! Lots of fresh fruit, juice, yogurts, granolas, breads and cold cuts. And, of course, the espresso machine! The property is family owned and operated (they live on-site) and are there to see that your every need is attended to. The on-site restaurant is also family owned and operated, with a nice variety of entrees at reasonable prices. A good wine selection, too! The only cons are: - The parking is problematic (as it is everywhere in Italy) with limited spaces on property and an 'overflow' area in a vineyard across the highway. - The A/C is controlled by the management... So they decide if it is available, which, in our case, it was not, and that made for some uncomfortable nights as the only fresh air to the room was via the balcony doors which are unscreened."
