"This was a Brand new quality hotel, inside and outside. To be honest I have some issues I can not rate above 5 stars. Excellent breakfast too. Just tell team which kind of coffee you want! "We really enjoyed and felt comfortable at this hotel. Breakfast is great. Every morning was different menu and each food was delicious. Always I talked with other guests that we ate too much. But foods were bite-sized. Even smoothie. We were not worried. Room was always clean, because the staffs cleaned our room perfectly. Receptionists were kind and smiling. We always felt comfortable. "Rooms had comfy beds and good aircon, with lovely big showers and hot water. Staff were super friendly and we also had dinner at the attached restaurant one night which was delish! Location is perfect if you want to be in the centre of Victoria. "
