"The apartment "looked" really nice, but past the looks the functionality was tired. Towel hooks in the bathroom fell off when the heavy towels they provided were out on (it was stuck on, rather than nailed in), bathroom door latch stuck onwards so unable to close the door, no laundry detergent provided ..."
