"フロントは前のビルの３階で、かなり遅い時間に着いたが温かく迎えてくれた。部屋は31階。エレベーターも多くて速いのでストレスを感じなかった。部屋は２ベッドルームで様々な設備が整っていて過ごしやすかった。近くのPWTC駅にそこそこのショッピングモールがあり便利。歩いて１分のところにセブンもある。残念だったのはWi-Fiが繋がらなかったところだけ。極めて快適に過ごせたので感謝している。"

"I did like that it was in a convenient location, but the room itself was not very clean. The bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned properly (toilet had stains on it) and the room itself stank very badly of smoke. We tried ventilating the room but even 2 days after the smell lingered."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk and lobby staff also very helpful and very professional. I didn’t want to pay this much to stay in KL but after I was in the hotel I was glad that we stayed here. It was very nice. "
