"Nice enough place in a decent location for trams, rail and lake taxis. The lack of air con was noticeable given the high temperatures during our visit. Fairly dated hotel with small bathrooms but fine as a base if you are planning on being out and about all day."

"Extremely small room. No phone in room. No phone at desk. Shower flooded water closet and part of room outside of bathroom. No place to put luggage.z. Had to zip up luggage and stand upright to get to the bathroom. No coffee in room. Hallways very dark - all day. Felt like a nightclub. Depressing! ..."
