"I had a terrible experience in the apartment , the management were not professional, the staff did not knock before they entered my room. On the wabsite was free wifi and free breakfeast , the wifi didnt workand breakfest was serve for one person while the booking is for two adult, the manager never answered the phone called her several times, I moved 4 times from one to the other, Air conditional was not working ,the room was unbearably hot which inevitably cause an invasion of mosquitos...

"The Chelsea Suites is dirty with delabidated and falling apart slum like building and also very dirty environment that scared the ship out of me that I had to leave in a hurry for fear of my life. I was so angry that they potrayed themselves as a 4 star hotel. I wish to demand for the refund of my money as I didn't stay in that hotel for fear of my life. That hotel is a fraud and I want hotel.com to take note of this."
