"Kyah was a great stay. Property including spa and staff were lovely. The bed was the only downfall which loses 1 star. The sheets were not fitted and the doona cover was also two sheets together so was always riding up. Each morning we would end up sleeping half on the mattress. If they improve the bedding this place would be 5/5."

"Checkin was quick, there weren't alot of people around but it was very good. Room was on level 1 which was a level down from reception with stair access (no lift down to level) which wasn't an issue for us. Room was clean and well presented. No fan in the bathroom which is honestly a silly move but thats just my opinion. Was a very large step up into and out of the bath/shower. Note this was not classed as an accessible room (they have those on other levels). We didn't have shear curtains, only black out ones so to let light in, everyone could see in. Wasn't a major thing but would have been nice for privacy. Good spot for the Panorama Punish run event. Taxi to town was easy and quick too."
