"Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site. Selena and the other host at the breakfast buffet were so kind and greeted us each day with a big smile and genuine hospitality we’ll never forget. Room on 3rd floor at the back with terrace but slightly disappointed as the garden onto which the terrace looks was not maintained to a good standard compared with other areas. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay which is the second time we have visited this hotel."

"The rooftop was great with fab views of the harbour and breakfast was good. The room was basic but comfortable. The pool is quite small and can get a little overcrowded. Excellent spot for visiting Faro. Don’t miss the boat trip on the Ria Formosa. Really worth visiting ."

"At check in the male member of staff was friendly but gave no information about the hotel like breakfast, car park, gym, pool etc. Our room was Sunset Suite which was a large room. The settee was made into a sofa bed already which wasn’t required. I asked a cleaning supervisor if the sofa bed could be changed to the settee but she didn’t speak English. I used the room phone to call reception and asked them but the girl said no it couldn’t be changed back. I asked a cleaner and she gladly changed...
