"Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Bereits einige Tage vor unserer Anreise wurden wir vom Hotel kontaktiert und es wurde freundlich nach unserer geplanten Check-in-Zeit gefragt. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass uns angeboten wurde, alle wichtigen Informationen zu hinterlegen, falls wir es nicht rechtzeitig zur regulären Check-in-Zeit schaffen sollten – ein sehr aufmerksamer Service.
