Hotel Mona Plaza is in an excellent location in Belgrade. It is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood while also being a short walk to many of the tourism sights in the city. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy.

Nice stay

Great hotel, brand new in a location not too far from city center. Great service and comfortable rooms. Very affordable, except for the parking... €25 is pretty steep for Belgrade.

Always a pleasure to stay at Mona Plaza. The staff is always welcoming and helpful and makes me feel great. Rooms are clean, tidy, beds comfortable. I would recommend booking breakfast- it is amazing choice. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Great stay and friendly staff in nice neighborhood

Excellent stay. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is great and totally worth it. They even upgraded my room on check-in. I will definitely stay again.

Parking is a rip off

Hotel is good. Service is good. But, they charge €25 per day for parking in the garage. That's just nuts, and they need to reconsider that policy.

Firstly, the hotel reception tried to give us a different room than we have reserved. After our complaint they changed our room to original one. Secondly, after taking a shower, the bathroom fills with water. There is a leak in the shower. And there are some hairs in the bathroom when we have already entered the room.

Dirty, rude and disappointing

Terrible service, checked into a dirty room, the room was not clean once in three days. Crumbs everywhere, stained carpets, WIFI not working. Frustrated guests in the elevator and lobby. Staff was rude and defensive, zero customer service. Very sad.

Ok hotel with quirky service

For some strange reason the curtains are almost transparent, so there's no way to darken the room to sleep in the morning. Also, if you take out your room card when you leave the room, the AC stops (which is usual), but if you leave the card in the reader when you leave the room the cleaning personnel cannot enter. Finally, if you run out of water from the minibar during the night they will not give you a bottle of water at reception because "they are not authorised to access their restaurant or storage after working hours"... All in all, a hit and miss service.
