However both room is dusty, observed thick dust all over on Aircon vent and cupboard, floor is dirty. Space is small for triple room. No room for walking if open the luggages. "Great location: City Hall subway station is basically just behind the hotel; K Airport Limousine bus stop is also there; walkable to Namdaemun (10 mins) and Myeongdong (15-20 mins); convenience stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants on nearby streets. Facilities & Staff: Really spacious rooms for our extended stay and suites were perfect layout for families; complimentary bottled water every day; super friendly and helpful staff; easy to use washer and dryer; secured elevator access for guests. Minuses: Refrigerators in rooms were not very cold; no hand sanitizer in fitness room; being in an "office" area (lots of banks etc around), some of the restaurants immediately near the hotel do close early or are closed on certain days. Overall would definitely stay here again for the amenities and location! "
