"I love this hotel. I have stayed at the hotel 3 times. It is so convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle service. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is set in a beautiful quite, safe residential area and has an amazing shopping centre less than 10 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future."

"Communication: You need to communicate with the property to confirm details and pre-check in but Expedia blocks their email address on messages and the Spanish mobile number didn't come up on our Whatsapp. Expedia messages weren't replied to on time. As a result we were not able to store our bags on arrival and had to do alternative plans that were otherwise not needed, adding extra work and spend we didn't want.
