For the price it's an okay stay. There's a bed and a tv if you need some entertainment. So, good deal if you need an affordable place to lay your head. Staff is very nice and friendly as well. However, the beds are a little hard, fridge took a while to cool down drinks, and I had to use the microwave twice on the same item before it got hot. So, it's really up to what you are looking for.

Not a five star hotel by any means but a five star review due to friendly helpful staff and clean room. Rooms and property are a little shabby and very dated, but for the price the place is comfortable and staff fully serviced the room each night. If I come back to the area I will stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was nice. But rooms have adjoining doors (which you can lock) which leads to no sound insulation. The guy in the next room to me started screaming at 2am. When he stopped he turned the tv on all night long.

We stayed there because we had no choice. We couldn’t find anything in Gainesville like we normally do. Place was old and outdated. Room was clean but basic. Towels looked dirty and we found roaches in room. Water pressure and hot water was great. Staff very nice and welcoming.

Expect little and you won’t be disappointed

Stopped late for the night. Sorry to say you get what you pay for so my expectations were low but…I still felt I overpaid for a very poor stay. Hot water was excellent, and the woman at the front was Great but that’s about it.

Listen…for a $65 (with tax) room, I was not expecting much. And it did not disappoint. But to be fair, it was close by my event, the carpet was not dirty, and the beds appears to be well maintained. I was comfortable and it was pretty quiet. All in all, you won’t be impressed but youlll get what you paid for…a fairly clean, quiet and safe place to lay your head.

While the gentleman on duty was extremely nice and welcoming, there was nothing else good about this place. In disrepair and questionable in all regards. The carpet was damp, the paint peeling, mold, and overall sketchy. If you can afford the extra 30 or 40 bucks, do yourself a favor and go with a known HOTEL chain. Lesson learned: I will never look for “a cheap place to crash” again.
