This is a nice little clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. Gravy biscuits, fresh waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, muffins. I highly recommend staying here!

The Toilet was clogged. No WIFI. Tv didn't work. The refrigerator fell out of the cabinet it was in when we opened the door. Deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock. Sheets had stains on them. The pillows were super small.

Greatest place in Albertville to stay.

I have stayed here many times. Never had a problem. The staff and management have always been very helpful. Very kind and courteous. If you are traveling through Albertville, Alabama and need a good place to stay. I would recommend you stay here. As many times that i have stayed here. I have always seen the same friendly and helpful faces there. That really means a lot to me.

The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The pool is closed even though it was advertised open, the property is falling apart. The rooms are disgusting It has a smell of mold, in the bathroom the ceiling falling apart, AC units not working asked if we could switch rooms or bring a fan, we were told no fans and the AC unit would work if we left it on (which we had turned it on left for over 4 hours came back still hot and all kids sweating after an hour being back so we demanded another room and that AC was somewhat better but kept cutting off through the night and they even put someone else in the other room we left that the unit didn't work without fixing it. If there were any other hotels in the area that had availability I would have paid to have another hotel room but more likely wouldn't allow us to have our money back. Absolutely do not recommend.

Don't stay here unless you like dirt and noise!

Check in was easy and front desk personnel was friendly. Went downhill from there. Bed was hard as a rock. Sheets had stains. Curtains wouldn't close all of the way - had to use the pants hangar to clip them together. The room was not clean. HVAC was super loud and didn't work - cranked it all the way down to 65° and the room temp never got below 75°. Person in the room next door decided to smoke right outside my HVAC unit which sucked the smoke into my room. Breakfast was a few pieces of fruit and some toast. Would not ever stay there again!

Decent Room, Terrible Customer Service

Our stay was "okay" I would say. The room was fine, other than there being no baseboards and showing mold on the bottom of the walls in the room. The biggest issue was the constant badgering before check out. We stayed on a Friday night with checkout being at 11am Saturday morning. We received a call to our room phone at 7:15 Saturday morning saying "we was just seeing if yall were still here". I verified 11am check out and they proceeded to call again at 8:25am and as soon as I answered they hung up. THEN at 9:40am housekeeping knocked on the door REPEATEDLY until I opened the door and she said "oh okay I was just seeing if yall were still here." I dont understand that at all. Especially since we were not there past the check out time. Very dissatisfied after this.

The pool has been closed for over a year! The only guy who seems to work there tried to tell me it’s been down for a couple of months but they were going to open it soon. Total lie. The room smelled bad. The breakfast was a joke!! And they only had 3 towels for the room. It was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend Quality Inn.

Desk clerk was friendly. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were horrible, the stoppers for the sink and tub were not the right ones so neither could be filled with water, missing baseboards and huge cracks under the door.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was wiped out before 6:45 and nobody brought out more . The pool was not opened still had the cover over it and gym was non existent. Thankfully we only needed a place to sleep and it did satisfy that. I’d probably stay again if I just needed a bed and shower.

Not bad for the price. The front door didn't seal properly. Breakfast is first come first serve, they don't restock anything, so I can't say if it was any good. Check out is at noon but housekeeping was knocking on the door by 11:15AM. The TV didn't work, every channel glitched or turned off period. If you just need a decent place to stay and shower for the night, I recommend. Room nice, bed comfy. Lots of places to eat within a few blocks.
