"Have stayed here multiple times. Easy check-in, price is always comparable, rooms are clean, area is very convenient to shopping and dining, yet it’s quiet. Would recommend."

"Rooms do not have individual temp controls in the suites. No comforter on the bed, just a very thin cover. I had to get out a throw blanket was stuffed in the closet. Cooking staff was blaring music in the kitchen at 5:45am and I could hear it clearly in my room. Only one staff person onsite when I checked in at 7:00pm, she was very nice couldn't show me to my room and my door code didn't work and had to walk back down the hill to the deck to get a new code. I typically try and stay in the top few most expensive rooms in an area, so I have a high-quality room. This was the most expensive room available in Anniston Al when I booked it, but I should have stayed at a Hilton or Marriot. "
