You need to follow the instructions from email to check-in. When I entered the room as guided, it was a room that had not been cleaned with rubbish and used towels on the bed. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. It was good for access to Baia Blu with good car parking. It was quite expensive but we certainly hope to stay again. "
