The Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn and Garden was a perfect place to stay on our way to the beach. We were upgraded to the carriage house suite, a roomy space with eat-in kitchen and sleeping area. The accomodations were very comfortable, and breakfast, cooked by our hostess, Patty, was delicious and very generous. John, our host, made sure we had everything we needed, and recommended a restaurant where we were able to have a very satisfying dinnner.
We came as guests and left as friends. The hospitality was superb. The accommodations were warm and welcoming, the hosts were very helpful. A wonderful experience. Host made us reservations at the wonderful Garibaldi restaurant, which we also highly recommend. Would love to have the opportunity to try this place again and encourage others to do so.

This place is a very nice B n B. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.
The house and grounds are great! The best thing was the Byrnes who took care of me like a best friend. Mrs. Byrne made me a lunch to take to my workshop when she discovered that lunch was not provided. She also provided me with a snack bag for my long drive home.
This is a fantastic little bread and breakfast. It?s in a perfect location right at the edge of downtown. The grounds were beautiful with babbling fountains, flowers everywhere, and no shortage of birds chirping. Our room was adorable, exactly what I picture when I think of a B&B. The owners, the mayor of Fuquay-Varina and his wife, are completely charming and prepared spectacular breakfasts, going so far as bringing our food to us when we slept through breakfast our first morning. If you?re looking for a little getaway in a small town, I couldn?t recommend Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn strongly enough.
We stayed in the Carriage House again this year. It is very nice and private. In addition to the king size bed in the bedroom, there is a separate living room and kitchen. John and Patty are the nicest hosts and provide a delicious breakfast. We highly recommend this lovely inn.
We will never tire of our stays at the Bellaire B&B! We return at least 2X per year to be pampered,, eat delicious gourmet breakfasts, meet interesting fellow visitors and enjoy the area. Jim and Dave are wonderful, welcoming hosts and make sure the guests are well tended to. We have stayed in several rooms and they are all very lovely and comfortable.. The wine hour and fresh daily cookies in the room are nice touches and we appreciated the complimentary Growler from the famous Shorts brewery. These are examples of the extra offerings here at the Bellaire. We lucked out with the weather that can be a bit iffy in April in Michigan. This trip we headed to Traverse City our first day and the Petosky area the second. There is much to do and see in this beautiful corner of the world. We are already looking forward to our next visit, probably in Sept. to celebrate a birthday!

We stayed here on our wedding night and booked the carriage house room. John and Patty were extremely sweet and accommodating! It really made a stressful day so much easier. The Carriage House room is lovely and has plenty of space to rest and relax. The bathtub is amazing! In the morning, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast made by Patty herself and had a great time conversing with John. We will definitely stop by again if we?re in the area!
We enjoyed our recent stay here. The Inn is a beautiful period house with complimentary decor. Our carriage house room was perfect for us. The innkeepers are warm, charming and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious! We highly recommend this inn.
My daughter and I wanted a quiet getaway. I am so glad we found this place it was just what we were looking for. We were greeted by the innkeeper who carried our bags to our room. John and Patty were always asking if we needed anything. John fixed tea for Cathy one day. And Patty fixed us coffe and oatmeal cookies at an outside table one day. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of fruit. And boy did they know how to cook bacon. The room and the beds were super comfortable and clean. Their cats Charlie and Peter were also very friendly. Great bed and breakfast. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice friendly inn to go to and unwind.
One of the best vacations of our lives.. we searched a lot of b&bs from Louisiana to new York, and we stumbled upon this fantastic place. The owner is the mayor of the town. He was so nice and informative.. He also went out of his way to pick us up at the train station 45 minutes away, as well as upgrade us to a sweet. The town itself is clean (like almost spotless) and filled with nice people and wonderful shops and a brewery. We could write pages worth of reasons to go here, but I'll leave it at that. Just wow.
Everything you could possibly want in a quality B and B.exceptional Hospitality, great accommodations, best breakfast in a B and B we have ever had( we've stayed in more than 100), knowledgeable Inn Keepers, and terrific location. What a great stop over for a night.
Although we had a short stay in Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn and Garden, we loved every minute of it. Our room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and every course outdid the next.
What made our stay magnificent was the total hospitality given along with the bed and breakfast seminar. John's class made the visit educational and the tour of the town was exceptionally great. Patti's delicious breakfast was very enlightening and conversation very enthusiastic. I give them both kudos for a fantastic experience. Good bless you both, thank you for the nuggets of information. Chris and I enjoyed ourselves.
My wife and I were only passing through but John and Patty made us feel like part of the family. I would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay.
Patty & John go out of their way to make your visit a wonderful & memorable time. Recently we spent our third mini get-away at their B&B & was fortunate to be their over the Memorial Holiday when Fuquay celebrates with a Hot Air Balloon Show, (outstanding time). Always, the highlight is breakfast & meeting others who share the same experience of the town, the hospitality that Patty & John offer & literally a vow to return. I know we will. Again, thank you for such a lovely experience.
We found this gem online and we are so glad that we did. John was waiting outside for us when we pulled into the driveway....don't ever remember that happening at any previous B&B stays! We really felt that John and Patty wanted this to be an extra special weekend for us... he was able to accommodate a room upgrade right off the bat, recommended and booked dinner reservations for us both nights, and booked a massage therapist to come do a massage for me (and at the last minute for my hubby too). There was a cookie plate upon arrival, fresh cut flowers in our room and tons of movies to pick from to watch. Breakfast chef, Patty, did not bat an eye when I mentioned I needed gluten free fare and we enjoyed a multi-course breakfast both mornings! Oh, and did I mention that they flexed breakfast time on Sunday so we could do the free yoga in the park (across the street) and lent us their yoga mats to use. Loved walking through their gardens and relaxing outdoors in their gazebo, too! We have already recommended their B&B to folks back home.
We had such a wonderful time staying at the Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn. The room was amazing and the owners truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and our weekend. Thank you for everything!
OUR VIST WAS MADE SO MUCH MORE MEANINGFUL DUE TO THE GRACIOUS HOSPITALITY OF THE INNKEEPERS--JOHN AND PATTY BYNRE-- SO MANY EXTRA AMENITIES--FROM THE CREATIVE BREAKFAST TO THE FINE LINENS MADE OUR STAY MOST ENJOYABLE--THE INN AND THE GARDENS MADE THIS EASTER ONE OF A KIND--THIS IS A FOUR STAR EXPERIENCE--
We had a wonderful stay at Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn - our hosts were caring and made us very comfortable. Breakfast far exceeded our expectations - I think we had five courses! Downtown is walking distance with several very good restaurants. We will back next year.
My wife and I had the opportunity to visit the Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn recently. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the hospitality of the Inn's owner. We stayed in the cottage which was spacious and decorated to perfection. The breakfast the next morning couldn't have been more delightful. The quality of the food and its presentation exceeded any breakfast we have had at a five star hotel. We highly recommend the Fuquay Mineral Springs Inn to anyone traveling in the vicinity of Fuquay-Varina.
