Excellent Hotel. Perfect location. Few blocks from the Hakata station. Good continental breakfast. Great service, friendly staff. Rooms are perfect for one person, cozy and comfortable. The check out is a bit earlier but it is fine. Highly recommended. I will stay again. Price is good.

Comfort business hotel

Easy to reach, nice staff, breakfast ¥700! It's a business hotel for short trip. The room is small but clean, the condition is well maintained. It will be my first choice to stay for the next time to Hakata.

It is a typical Japanese-style "business hotel," and rooms are small by international standards. However, I did not feel inconvenienced because the facilities are functionally organized. The location was good, less than a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station.

Nice hotel!

Nice hotel, easy to reach from Hakata Station, room decoration and appliances are well maintained since it has been opened for few years. It will be a good choice to stay for single travelling at short trips. Former free breakfast, but now need to pay ¥500@ is a little bit consideration.

For business man,no for family!

Easy to reach, near Hakata Station with 5 mins walking distance, nice staff, in room conditions is still good. Simple breakfast priced ¥700, is a little bit high. Overall is a good experience to stay at R&B 2 Hotel.

Hotel room is small, furnitures are dated. Staff only gave us 1 card key, we asked for more towels and he told us to find the service lady and get it from her. We never saw or ran into the service lady. Price is a little overpriced for the service.

必要最低限の設備という印象でした。 施設の古さや狭さは感じますが、スタッフの方の対応はとてもよかったです。チェックイン時に、まずカウンターでの手続きが必要なので、全て端末で完結する方が便利だなと感じました。またタオルがバスタオル1枚、ハンドタオル1枚なので、それぞれ2枚ずつあればなと思いました。

一般的なビジネスホテルにある風呂とトイレの一体型でしたが、入浴中に風呂の排水が逆流？してバスマットやトイレが水浸しに。せっかく風呂に入った後に水浸しのバスマットで足を濡らして、濡れたバスマット片付けたり床を拭いたりと非常にストレスでした。なにより不衛生と感じました。それ以外は特に問題ありませんでした。
