"Alexandre was really energetic, friendly, and accommodating throughout our time at the hotel. He really went above and beyond in his role to ensure we were taken care of. The service and attention in the restaurant was top notch and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, rooms were very clean and Ms Francisca went above and beyond and ensured our needs were taken care of throughout our time. very professional, will definitely comeback and enjoy the accomodations. I wish though the rooftop bar would be open throughout the week and stay open longer during the evenings. Great View. love it."

"It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."
