Great for a night stay prior to Ibiza. Staff was very helpful and arranged our very early transportation to the airport with no delay. Only complaint is a very strong, unpleasant order in our room. This was circumvented by opening the window for several hours.

Great staff, great location.

The staff are very friendly. It was 37 degrees for our visit and they came to our room instantly to fix the AC. Very helpful when my husband’s different hotel was very disappointing. Mas Camarenas will Be my first choice when we go back for soccer next Summer!

The hotel, staff, dinning, all good. The huge and very difficult problem is transportation to and from the hotel. Don't expect much help from google, there's a lot of missinformation that doesn't match with reality. It's sad because the hotel and staff are throgh gems

Stay well clear of this Hotel

The check in was excellent. The two ladies on reception couldn’t have been more professional, our room was clean and spacious unfortunately it ended when we went into the restaurant. The staff were pleasant enough they suggested menu del dia, ok no probs but no other options, we ask for a bottle of vino, no offer of a wine menu, they just a brought a bottle of house wine. I have to say fortunately it was chilled and drinkable. We asked for ( butter) with the bread but they said they had none and brought us Oil and balsamic, again not a problem. Our main course was brought while we still eating our starters, not good practice then when we asked to put it on our room they said they only take cash at the table. Unbelievable. Breakfast was a total disaster, food was disgusting and every table in the restaurant was full of dirty plates and uneaten food. Never have we experienced a breakfast room like this. Mind you they only had one guy in the restaurant so there was no way he was gonna cope even if he wanted too which incidentally he didn’t. Would we stay here again, definitely not, and this was the first time ever we have felt totally let down by Hotels.Com

Overall very happy.

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights while our 11 year old son was at a nearby soccer academy. We chose the hotel because of the location and we were not disappointed. The Reception staff were helpful and we upgraded to a large suite after one night for an additional €40 per night. Suite was really comfortable, but could be improved by including coffee pods for the coffee machine. The addition of USB charging ports would be great if they would consider that too. We only had one plug converter with us, which our son used all the time, but we bought some in a nearby store. Car parking €9 per day, but around the corner is a free car park, so we used that. There were always spaces. Small supermarket and pharmacy, bar and cafe within steps of the hotel. Heron City 4 minute drive, this was great fun and had very nice restaurants and fun activities for the family. We ate dinner on only one evening in the hotel as we had a busy schedule. Dinner was good and inexpensive. Drinks were generous and inexpensive. Service staff were friendly and attentive. Two improvements could be made. The pool area is a bit neglected and the addition of a retractable awning or shade would help with the sauna like heat. Im not an engineer so im not sure exactly what, but it could be improved. A snack bar up there would be good too. Breakfast... this needs a rethink. It just doesn't work. Every morning guests wandered around looking for plates, cutlery, juice, a coffee machine that worked.
