"I was so surprised how clean this hotel was. It was not my first choice but all the hotels in the area were book. The hotel was clean and they had free hot breakfast, free WiFi, microwave, and refrigerator. More than a 4 star would offer. Definitely needs some upgrades but I would stay here again the next time when I’m in town. "

"Nasty, dirty room. It had a stench of wet dog. There was cockroaches, the floor was dirty, we didn’t have toilet paper, or a microwave despite of being in the room description. The ventilation was terrible. The bathroom had no extractor. Customer service was terrible. Front desk was rude. Our card keys never worked, we had to come down and have them reset a multiple amount of times. Our room never got cleaned, and when we requested it, we were told we would be on a waiting list. Elevators were slow and maybe not working properly, as we could never get on it in a timely manner. Tv did not work, wouldn’t power on. AC was hot no matter what we did with it. Beds were uncomfortable an had a smell. This was the most awful experience I’ve ever had. For the price I paid, I had higher expectations. I will never give you my business again. "
