"The check-in went incredibly smooth, although there was a bell that needed to be rung to get someone's attention. The security deposit seemed a little excessive, but it was back in my account the next day after checking out. The cabinets underneath the televisions seemed unfinished, and I couldn't find the volume control on the TV remote. However, the suite was spacious, and the hot tub was wonderful! Also, when I requested a later checkout, the process was incredibly easy and accepted almost immediately! Would definitely recommend, and will probably stay here again!"

"Great staff, breakfast is fine. Menu change recommended every few days. Stayed 2 weeks. Breakfast options were same. Became boring. Rooms are clean. Over 2 weeks had to request turnover 3x as staff did not come by to change sheets n towels. Request made with front office. Maybe lost in communication. "

"Staff was absolutely awesome!!! I made the reservation, then realized I would be extremely late. I called to let them know and they accomodated me so well checked me in prior to midnight then confirmed my ID when I arrived just before 3 A.M., in fact made me feel so welcome it was a breath of fresh air when compared to other hotels that have stated they can't even let me stay when I check in after midnight! Room was excellent...not sure if it was intentional but lights were on when I opened up my room which made it feel welcoming as well and the room was nicely updated, breakfast was pretty good included hot food all of which was great! Security guard was awesome!!! "

"We enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival were greeted by super helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean and the entire property was nicer than expected. Only issue we found was that we expected our room to be cleaned after our first night but housekeeping did not attend our room but it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. I used the gym which was super nice and had everything you could need for a gym. Locker room and showers included was super unexpected and nice to see! Would definitely stay again!"

"Check in was horrible. The guy checking us in was MIA for about 15 minutes. Showed up with a negative attitude and overwhelmed. Put us in a dirty room. Seemed like that was no big deal with assigning us another room. A lot of people hanging around. Pool area was dirty, no towels. Questionable crowd hanging out in there so we decided not to use it even tho that was the primary reason for selecting that hotel in that area. Free breakfast the next morning was better than we expected. Even offered Greek yogurt, which was nice to see. "

"When we arrived this weekend we found out that the hotel was condemned 10 days earlier without any prior notification. The reason on the notice was that the elevators were all out of service. We were mostly disappointed that we weren’t notified we couldn’t stay there sooner when we would have had time to make alternate arrangements. "
