"The staff was terrible. Long line at check in and the manager came out, looked at the line, picked up some paper and went back in her office. Terrible. They also gave us no information on the wifi. No phone in the room so had to go back down and wait in line. The information they gave me was wrong. Turns out you have to register for Marriot Bonvoy or you can't use the internet. Wifi is listed as free, if I have to give you all of my personal information to use it, then it is not free. Local restaurant was also terrible."

"I had a great overnight stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was quiet, which helped me get a really good night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again."

"Walking distance to Chapel Hill restaurants and stores. Charging $20/day for parking is ridiculous. The parking garage was practically empty. Its not a city. You could find free parking around town."

"My AC was not working entire time my stay. Talked to clerk next morning no adjustment was given.the room was very warm. The beds were very hard and I found these beds were to hard to sleep. The bathroom needs updating. The tub has large knicks of porcelain were missing, Breakfast was lousy power eggs were runny cold"
