"The staff are not trained properly to hand guests concerns and situations. I had to check out one night earlier due to a family emergency and the staff were unwilling to assist me and eventually did charge me for the night that I missed. Very bad service; not staying here again!"

"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"Everything was perfect. Couldn’t make a complaint if I wanted to location was perfect even though it was near an expressway. It was very quiet. No issues with sleeper noise in the building. Restaurant was excellent. Staff was superb. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here."

"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"It would have been great but a homeless person started a cooking fire in one of the parking stalls right by the sur intake. The fire alarm went off at 3:30 am. The bizarrely the staff turned it off after a few moments because it was amazing. We had to stand in the parking lot for an hour. There was no offer or anything to apologize not even a free breakfast."

"Fantastic pool facility. Large and warm and great for families and adults. Hotel is very well maintained and staff is very helpful. Recommend breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Great location too if downtown Victoria is where you want to spend your days."
