The reservation was made for three guests, yet only two towels were provided. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, which was noticeable immediately upon entering and remained present during the stay. This significantly impacted the overall experience. The front desk staff member was not welcoming or pleasant, which made check-in uncomfortable. Additionally, the ice machine was inconveniently located only on the first floor, making access difficult for guests staying elsewhere in the building. Finally, there were individuals loitering around the property who appeared impaired, which created an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience did not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made."

"We had such a relaxing evening and womderful morning because of the wonderful view and quietness. Staff was very friendly. The room seemed clean, the only issue was the toilet rim, it seems that bleach isn’t used on it. Overall, what a very nice place. "
