Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given.

Localização excelente, café da manhã bom, flat bem funcional. Pessoal da limpeza apareceu de tardezinha já, acabamos dispensando. Pessoal da recepção bem grosso. O da guarita sempre simpático, mas os da recepção, sempre grossos e secos. Área de lazer muito boa, bom café da manhã no restaurante da torre 1, pessoal atendendo bem também. Banheiro social muito pequeno, varanda sem proteção, acho q poderiam disponibilizar detergente, bucha, desinfetante pelo menos ou informar q não diaponibilizam. Bastante seguro, com reconhecimento facial. Bom custo benefício. Retornaremos com certeza, apesar dos pequenos problemas. Vaga de estacionamento na garagem.

Excelente localização, porém só possui 2 quartos, 1 suite com cama de casal e ar condicionado e outro quarto apenas uma cama de solteiro, sala possuía um sofá cama ( que seria indicado pra outra pessoa dormir porém não tem ar condicionado e nem ventilador) precisei solicitar no dia seguinte um ventilador e prontamente fui atendida. Roupas de cama estavam manchadas.

Excelente localização, o apartamento é pequeno mas acomoda bem 3 pessoas. Como vi que não tinha ar condicionado e viajei de carro, levei o ventilador, mas quem não tem essa opção é complicado para quem vai ficar na sala. O condomínio é bom e foi um ótimo custo benefício.

Precisa de mais cuidadoce melhor atendimento

A localização é ótima: próxima a praia, padarias, farmácias e restaurantes. O prédio é grande, seguro e tem boas piscinas. O apartamento tem um tamanho bom, cozinha bem equipada, mas precisaria de mais cuidado. Há muita sujeira nas paredes, interruptores, banheiro e as panelas mal limpas. Encontrar o interruptor que acende cada luz é uma missão quase impossível. O dois aparelhos de ar condicionado são extremamente fracos. Precisavam de horas e horas para amenizarem o calor (que estava insuportavel). Se houvesse pelo menos 1 ventilador, ajudaria muito no calor da sala. A tv nao é smart e nao tem tv a cabo. Se precisar ficar em casa, se contente com a globo. A rede armada na varanda é para pessoas de 1,5m. Precisei ligar assim que cheguei para o atendimento para confirmar se o ar condicionado era mesmo ruim daquele jeito ou havia defeito. Era por volta de 19h e a pessoa me atendeu com pouquíssima paciencia, ao final me dizendo que não podia fazer mais nada (oi?? Ficaria a noite no calor por culpa de voces??).

Razoável, nao recomendo para vários dias.

O apartamento é limpo, mas móveis um pouco antigos. A cama de um dos quartos é desconfortável, parece ser semi-ortopédica. A limpeza durante a estadia foi bem simples, deixando a desejar, sendo praticamente arrumação e toalhas e tapetes nao foram trocados durante nossas 4 diárias.

Letto piccolo e scomodo. Colazione povera. Cambio asciugamani ogni 3 giorni! Manutenzione scarsa (mancava la ciambella del water...le pile del telecomando... Posso mandare foto "esplicative" del tutto... Qualità/prezzo inadeguata: paghi come un 4 stelle, hai i servizi di un 2. Ovviamente nulla contro i lavoratori del posto, che fanno quello che possono: il problema è nell gestione, e di voi Expedia che pubblicizzate una struttura "Vip" e non verificate il.servizio che fate pagare ai clienti.
