"ve stayed at this hotel before, and my previous experiences have always been very pleasant. From check-in to general support, the staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. During my most recent stay, the check-in experience was still positive—the front desk staff were polite and professional. However, the checkout experience was noticeably different. The staff at that time were not very friendly, and there was a lack of presence at the desk. Basic customer service and courtesy seemed to be missing. I also experienced issues with some of the amenities. The internet, which had worked well in the past, was very slow this time. Even streaming short YouTube videos was difficult, as they frequently buffered and stopped midway. Breakfast was another area that felt below expectations. The hot meal options were quite limited, with only a few items available and minimal variety. Overall, this stay felt average compared to my previous visits, which were much better. I hope the hotel can address these inconsistencies, as I know from experience that they are capable of providing a much higher standard of service."

"We had a room with a king bed. The property was clean. The waffles at the complimentary breakfast were delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was clean - bike, treadmill, elliptical, rowing, yoga mats, some dumbells/kettlebells. There was no microwave in the room and the mini fridge was full of beverages for purchase. It was inside a cabinet and the temperature of the fridge was on the warm side. There was no way to adjust the temperature. The fridge was essentially unusable. The room was stocked with items that there was a charge for using/consuming (condoms, M&Ms, Snickers bar, bourbon, champagne). The complimentary items were 2 bottles of water and a coffee maker with 2 coffee pods. The mattress and topper was soft. The bedding included a lofty comforter. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with coffee shops in easy walking distance. We loved the location."

"The hotel was not very clean overall. The beds are old and uncomfortable, leaving us in pain. When checking the mattress for bugs (no, I didn't find any), I was disappointed with how stained the mattresses were. The sofa in the room was filthy, as was the elevator (see photos). There was no working vent or window in the bathroom. The AC turns itself off in the middle of the night, making the room very still and too warm. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 11:00 a.m. At 10:15 a.m., it was closed. We only wanted coffee but were told they "closed early." No reason given. We were not told upon reservation there would be a large fee per night to park. Update: had to call and get the receipt mailed to me, even though it was promised at checkout. Staff who answered was extremely rude and annoyed with the simple request. The itemized bill showed tax on the parking plus a previously not disclosed credit card fee. Interesting because I was told cash wasn't even an option for payment (usually it isn't at hotels so I was not surprised). How can you charge someone extra to pay the only way you allow payments???? Will not return to or recommend this hotel. Our total bill was significantly more than when booked. And no, we used zero amenities. "
