The hot tub and pool was amazing! The placement of the hotel was just what i wanted with being surrounded by local shops i got everything that i needed. The only down side was when the cable we t out for an hour due to a rain storm. And the breakfast chef's can stand to be less aggressive . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

This hotel has everything you need. It is connected to the Metro, the breakfast is incredible with the best omelette I ever had and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was great too. You can’t beat all that for the amazing price for a nice family weekend away. We will be back.

The breakfast was great! They also have a cocktail and snack hour each day. The pool area was nice except the drains around the pool needed to be cleaned and only a small portion of the pool was usable during a chunk of time in the afternoon/evening for guests due to being used for swim lessons.

The service was very friendly, and the location is perfect if you're going to be using the subway, as it's only a two-minute walk. The hotel needs remodeling, the cold breakfast is meager, and the snacks served during happy hour are completely unhealthy—chips, cereal, and cookies.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Staff was exceptional. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour (2 drinks) with chips and salsa. I felt this was a nice touch!!!

The front desk staff was incredible. During every shift, the ladies made sure to always have a smile as they were assisting us. We're happy and will definitely come back!

Best part of this hotel is location- can’t be beat- Friendship Heights metro stop is across the street!! The room was huge with a separate sitting area w microwave, little fridge, couch, and door that separated it from the bedroom. Bedroom was also huge. Pillows were soft and perfect. Room was tired and needed a facelift, but it’s not a big deal. Breakfast was fine. Staff was nice. Trader Joe’s is literally below the hotel which was super convenient. They also gave complimentary vouchers for a nightly happy hour (we didn’t go, but that was a nice perk). We ate one nights at Lia’s (4 min walk)- delicious Italian food- highly recommend!

The room was clean. The breakfast was fresh and above average. The stairwells smelled of trash. I had to wait 40" beyond check in time for my room.

Only one washer and dryer were working. The staff at the front desk were so kind, helpful and quick but the ones in the dining area were the opposite. That plus the bathrooms nearby were the only things negative that we have to say about our stay.
